『做法』

1.将小鲍鱼洗净,切好花刀,放回鲍鱼壳内,将鲍鱼连壳均匀地放入蒸盘内,将蒸盘置入蒸锅并盖上蒸锅盖。

2.将水放入主锅,架上蒸锅组,以20 分/120度/速度2蒸煮,均匀地涂上豆豉酱,撒上葱花,即可享用。
