『做法』

1.鲈鱼一条洗净,蒸盘垫烘焙纸,倒少许料酒,铺姜片、蒜头、葱白

2.倒500ml开水至主容器中,12分钟/120度/速度2,蒸好后把烘焙纸内的蒸鱼水倒掉,表面撒盐,倒入豉油,继续上锅蒸8分钟/120度/速度2。

 

ps: 蒸鱼时间视鱼大小而定
