Steamed Dumpling 蒸饺

蒸饺是中华民族传统节日食品是每年春节必吃的年节食品。相传是中国东汉南阳“医圣”张仲景首先发明的,在中国许多省市也有冬至吃饺子的习惯,中国南方地区也普遍有饺子这一食品。                 

主要材料:

肉500g

卷心菜1000g

高筋面粉500g

水250g

油40g

老抽2汤匙

麻油25g

盐1匙                                     

制作方法

1、将肉洗净切块,放入主锅中,以3分钟/速度10搅碎成泥状,将1000g卷心菜分2次放入主锅,以12秒/速度5切碎,放入纱布内挤出多余水分,倒入主锅备用。

2、将肉泥、蔬菜碎、老抽、生抽、麻油、油、盐放入主锅内,以1分钟/速度4混合倒入容器容器内备用。

3、将水和高筋面粉放入主锅内,搅拌1分钟,结束后拿出擀成圆形。

4、把包好的饺子放在蒸盖上,以120度/25分钟/速度3蒸熟。

Direction

3. Put water and high-gluten flour into the mixing bowl, stir for 1 minute, and roll out into a round shape when finished.

4. Put the wrapped dumplings on the steaming cover and steam them at 120°C/25 minutes/speed 3.
