Steamed Fish With Mixed Vegetables清蒸鱼佐综合蔬菜

龙利鱼:含有较高的不饱和脂肪酸,蛋白质容易消化吸收。其肌肉细嫩,口感爽滑,鱼肉久煮不老,无腥味和异味,属于高蛋白、低脂肪、富含维生素的优质比目鱼类。

材料

40克 山茶油

3/4茶匙 盐

1/2茶匙 黑胡椒粉

1个 柠檬(抛出皮屑,挤出汁液)

1块 龙利鱼排(300克左右)(可换成其它鱼排)

150克 综合蔬菜(芹菜、洋葱等)

10克 欧芹叶

100克 马铃薯(切片)

 

做法

1 将山茶油、1/2茶匙盐、1/4茶匙黑胡椒、柠檬皮屑放入大碗混合均匀,

  放入切成两  块的鱼排,用腌料覆盖,腌制30分钟。

2 将综合蔬菜、剩下的盐和黑胡椒粉,以5秒/速度4搅拌,取出备用。

3 将辅助篮放入主锅,将腌制的鱼排和汁液,倒入辅助篮,取出辅助篮和鱼片,腌制汁液留于主锅中。

    加入欧芹和柠檬汁,以10秒/速度5混合。取出蘸料备用。

【Ingredients】

【Direction】

Add parsley and lemon juice and mix for 10 sec/speed 5. Take out the dip for use.
