『做法』
1、将蒜头放入主锅,以5秒/速度5打碎,倒入细滤网中,放在自来水下冲洗1分钟,适量去除蒜味后沥干水分备用。
2、取一个深盘放在主锅盖上,在盘内加入粉丝、新鲜的虾、盐、料酒、豉油皇酱汁、麻油和葱,将盘子放入蒸锅内盖上蒸锅盖备用。
3、将水放入主锅,架上蒸锅,以15分/120℃/速度2蒸煮,趁热享用。
