大闸蟹
水1000g
姜片10g
葱段20g
生抽15-20g
香醋20g
香油10g
大蒜3瓣
制作方法 :
1、将大闸蟹刷洗干净放置一旁
2、将大闸蟹肚皮朝上放入蒸锅内,主锅加入水,蒸锅内撒上姜片、葱段以120度/30秒/速度4,进行蒸煮,结束后装盘
3、调料:大蒜3瓣,以5秒/速度6搅碎,用刮刀棒将蒜放入容器中,再加入生抽香醋香油即可
