Ingredient:

200g of shishito peppers,

4 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour,

1+1/2 tablespoons of seasoned soy sauce,

1 teaspoon soy sauce,

2 tablespoons plum syrup, red pepper powder, chopped green onion, minced garlic,

1 tablespoon sesame oil each

 

To prepare:

Wash the shishito peppers clean, remove the stalks, and coat them with glutinous rice flour.

Mix the seasoning ingredients in advance.
