蒜蓉粉丝虾是海南一带的传统名菜,主要材料有对虾、粉丝等,辅料有大蒜、葱和青椒丝 等,属于传统海派菜之一,特点是鲜嫩味美,色泽光

用料:

 虾10只

粉丝若干

小米椒2个

油20g

水500g

蒜50g

蚝油10g

 

做法

1.将泡好的粉丝和处理好的虾放入盘内,虾放上面。

2.将小米椒放入锅内以3秒/速度6搅碎,然后刮至锅底,加入蒜,油,蚝油,盖上锅盖以120度/3分钟/速度1翻炒均匀,结束后洒在已装盘的虾上。

3.然后洗净主锅,加入500g水,把百好盘的虾放入蒸锅内,盖上保鲜膜,以120度/30分钟/速度3蒸煮,结束后端出即可。
