Ingredient:
1 head of tofu,
100g of beef,
4 shiitake mushrooms,
1/2 green onion,
1 slice of garlic,
1 teaspoon of seasoned soy sauce and sesame oil,
1/5 teaspoon of salt, a little bit of ground pepper,
2 garnish tripe mushrooms,
1 egg,
1/2 red pepper
To prepare:
Tofu squeezes the water tightly.
Eggs are divided into yellow and white paper, with red pepper shred together.
Soak them in hot water, rub them between your hands, remove impurities and shred them finely.

Setting:
Place steamed tofu on a plate and garnish with egg garnish, red pepper, and stone mushroom.
TIP:
Delicious with super soy sauce. You can spread it out in one lump and steam it.
