Steamed Tofu

Steamed Tofu

INGREDIENTS

70g Tofu

70g of Wornwood

150g of Squid, shrimp, clams, etc.

1/2 bag of Enoki Mushrooms

3 Chives

1 Red Pepper

30g Glutinous Rice Flour

1/2 tablespoon of Fragrant Juice,

Salt, pepper, sesame oil

Seasoned red pepper powder, spices

1 tbsp of Tuna

1 teaspoon Garlic

Sesame Oil

To prepare : 

Mix seasoning ingredients in advance.
Cut tofu into 8 equal parts and chop the red pepper.
Cut magwort and enoki mushrooms in half.
Sprinkle with red pepper powder and glutinous rice flour and mix with green onion, red chilli, sesame oil, and salt

Seafood is mixed with fragrant juice.

Boil 500 ml of water in a cooking container. Put tofu on a plate and seasoning ingredients
Sprinkle evenly and add the seafood. When the steam rises, put the tofu dish in the steamer
Steam it as it is

Heat/Open 12 minutes steamer 3

On top of the tofu, add enoki mushrooms, mixed wormwood, chives, and red peppers

Heat/Open 5 minutes steamer 3
