Stir Fried Bitter Gourd With Minced Meat 苦瓜炒肉末

『食材』

30 克 肉糜

10 克 姜, 切末

10 克 油

1 根 苦瓜, 去瓤后切条,约200克

1 个 红甜椒, 去籽,切丝,约100克

1/2茶匙 糖

10 克 芽菜

2 茶匙 辣豆瓣酱

1 茶匙 生抽

 

 

『做法』

1.将肉糜、姜和油放入主锅,以3 分/120°C/速度 1爆香。

2.加入苦瓜、红甜椒丝、糖、芽菜、辣豆瓣酱和生抽,以3 分/120度/逆转/速度小勺拌炒。盛盘后即可享用。
