Ingredient:
 2 eggplants,
1/2 onion,
1/2 green onion,
2 tablespoons oil,
2 slices garlic,
2 tablespoons of seasoned soy sauce,
1 tablespoon of red pepper powder,
1 tablespoon of salted anchovy and sesame oil.
a little bit of sesame salt
To prepare:
Cut eggplants half-moon and shred onions.
