INGREDIENTS

200g Beef (Beef Rump)

40g/2 tablespoon Garlic(Chopped)

1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon of Sugar

1 tablespoon Starch Syrup

2 tablespoons Cooking Oil

To prepare :

Cut the meat and drain with the paper towels.

Tip :

You can also chop various ingredients such as 1 onion, 1 green onion, sesame seeds,

and nuts (40-50g) and fry them together
