Stir-Fry Beef with Garlic 香蒜牛肉粒

『食材』

200 克 牛肉块,去筋, 3厘米,放入冰箱冷冻1小时

125 克 新鲜红辣椒, 如:二荆条,美人椒

25 克 新鲜小米椒

60 克 油

15 克 蒜头

10 克 葱

10 克 姜

250 克 黄豆酱

1 汤匙 糖

 

 

『做法』

1.取一个碗,在碗内放入麻油、蚝油、老抽、糖、牛里脊和生抽混合腌制15分钟备用。

2.将油、蒜头和洋葱放入主锅,以9 分/120度/逆转/速度小勺爆香。

3.加入腌制好的牛里脊肉,不需盖上量杯,以8 分/120度/逆转/速度小勺烹煮,倒入碗内即刻享用。
