INGREDIENTS
15g Garlic
5g Dried Shrimp
20g Oil
160g Broccoli Stem, sliced
1 tsp Abalone Sauce
INSTRUCTION
Blend the garlic at Speed 5 for 5 seconds.
Add in oil and dried shrimp, cook at 110°C and Stir for 8 minutes until fragrant.
Add in broccoli stem and abalone sauce, cook at Reverse + Stir at 110°C for 3 minutes.
