Stir-Fry Garlic Chives and Shrimp  韭菜炒虾仁

『食材』

10 克 蒜头

10 克 油

40 克 黑木耳,干的 ,泡发后切丝

120 克 韭菜, 切段

100 克 虾仁

1/2根 新鲜辣椒, 切片

1/4茶匙 盐

 

 

『做法』

1.将蒜头放入主锅,以3 秒/速度 5切碎,利用刮刀棒将材料刮至主锅底。

2.加入油和黑木耳,以3 分/120度/逆转/速度小勺爆香。

3.加入韭菜、虾仁、新鲜辣椒和盐,以4分/120度/逆转/速度小勺烹煮,立即享用。

120 g chives, cut into sections

100 g shrimp

1/2 fresh chili, sliced

1/4 teaspoon salt

Direction
