250克 空心菜

2克 盐

2瓣 蒜

10克 油

1个 红辣椒


『做法』


1、辣椒切成小块,锅中加入蒜,以5秒速度5 打碎。


2、加入油、辣椒,以120度/1分钟/速度1 爆香。


3、锅中放入空心菜、盐,以120度/3~4分钟左右/逆转/小勺炒熟。

Direction


1. Cut the chili into small pieces, add garlic to the pot, crush it at a speed of 5 seconds.
