Sweet Taro Paste with Yam 紫薯芋泥

『食材』

500 克 水 ,蒸煮用

300 克 芋头 ,去皮切块

100 克 紫薯 ,去皮切块

100 克 糖

40 克 猪油

20 克 牛奶

1 小撮 白芝麻 ,装饰用

4 粒 红枣 ,去核,取果肉装饰用

 

『做法』

1.将水放入主锅,架上蒸锅,在蒸锅内放入芋头和紫薯,盖上蒸锅盖,以35分/120度/速度2蒸煮,取下蒸锅。清空主锅。

2.将蒸好的芋头和紫薯、糖、猪油和牛奶放入主锅,以30 秒/速度4混合,盛入碗内或用模具压出造型。

3.撒上白芝麻,点缀上红枣,即可享用。

 

Ingredients

500 g water for cooking

300 g taro, peeled and cut into pieces

100 g purple sweet potato, peeled and cut into pieces

100 g sugar

40 g lard

20 g milk

1 pinch white sesame seeds for garnish

4 red dates, pitted, take the flesh for decoration

Direction

1. Put water in the mixing bowl, set the steamer, put taro and purple sweet potato in the steamer, cover the steamer lid, steam at 35 min/120 degrees/speed 2, remove the steamer. Empty the mixing bowl.

2. Put the steamed taro and purple sweet potato, sugar, lard and milk into the mixing bowl, mix at 30 seconds/speed 4, put into a bowl or press out with a mold.

3. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds, garnish with red dates, and enjoy.
