Thai Curry

INGREDIENTS

400g Beef

1 cup Coconut Milk

1/2 cup Coconut Cream

4 tbsp Curry Paste

1 Eggplant

1 Red Pepper

2 cups of Water

Fish sauce, Pepper and Coriander

To prepare :

Beef and eggplant cut into bite-sized, red
Chop the peppers

Setting

Season with fish sauce and pepper and put it on a plate to add coriander and red pepper.

Tip :

You can also add lime juice or lemon to make it sour. If you don't have fish sauce, replace it with fish sauce
