2 茶匙 生抽
4 茶匙 料酒
10 克 糖
500 克 水, 蒸煮用
80 克 泰式甜辣酱
『做法』
1.将洋葱、葱放入主锅,以6 秒/速度 5切碎。
2.加入肉糜、生抽、料酒和糖,以30 秒/逆转/速度 3混合,将调味好的肉馅取出,清空主锅。
3.将肉馅用手捏成直径约3厘米的肉丸20颗,放入蒸锅组中备用。
4.将水放入主锅,架上蒸锅组,以25分/120°/速度2蒸煮。
5.取下蒸锅组,将肉丸盛盘,淋上泰式甜辣酱,趁热享用。

4 teaspoons cooking wine
10 g sugar

80 g Thai sweet chili sauce
Direction
1. Put onions and shallots in mixing bowl and chop at 6 sec/speed 5.
2. Add minced meat, light soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar, mix at 30 seconds/reverse/speed 3, remove the seasoned minced meat, and empty the mixing bowl.
3. Knead the minced meat into 20 meatballs about 3 cm in diameter by hand, and put them in the steamer set for later use.
4. Put water into the mixing bowl, set the steamer set, and steam at 25 min/120°/speed 2.
5. Remove the steamer set, put the meatballs on a plate, drizzle with Thai sweet chili sauce, and enjoy while hot.
