西红柿肉丸汤

主要食材 :
瘦肉500g
红苕粉50g
番茄200g(切片)
鸡蛋1个
水1200g
油10g
调味辅料 :
生抽1汤匙
香油1/2勺匙
耗油1勺匙
盐2勺匙
白胡椒粉1/2勺匙
鸡精1勺匙
制作方法 :
1、将瘦肉洗净,放入主锅以1分钟/速度8搅成肉酱
2、加入红苕粉、鸡蛋、生抽、香油、耗油、盐1勺、白胡椒粉以30秒,将搅拌好的肉放到容器内备用
3、将10g姜片放入主锅内,以5秒/速度6切碎,用刮刀棒刮至锅底,加入油,番茄,以120度/3分钟/速度1翻炒

Direction :
