『做法』
1.将虾剪去虾尾虾须,开背去虾线。用厨房纸吸去虾的水分。
2.将蒜头、红葱头和油放入主锅,以5 秒/速度 5切碎,再以3 分/120°C/速度 1爆香。
3.加入青椒、红甜椒和洋葱,以5 分/120°C/逆转/速度小勺爆香。
4.加入番茄酱、番茄和吸干水分的虾,以10 分/120度/逆转/速度小勺拌炒。
5.加入盐和辣酱油,以30 秒/120度/逆转/速度小勺拌炒。装盘挤上柠檬汁,即可享用

Direction
