100 克 格鲁耶尔乳酪切片

180 克 面粉
1/2 小袋 泡打粉 (约5克)
1/2 茶匙 盐, 根据个人口味调整
1/4茶匙 黑胡椒粉, 根据个人口味调整
100 克 牛奶
80 克 油
190 克 盐水金枪鱼罐头, 沥干并弄碎
『做法』
1.预热烤箱至180°C。在蛋糕模具内涂上黄油备用。
2.将格鲁耶尔乳酪放入主锅,以8 秒/速度 7切碎,放入碗内备用。
3.将蛋、面粉和泡打粉放入主锅,以15 秒/速度 4混合。
4.加入盐、黑胡椒粉、牛奶和油,以20 秒/速度 4混合,利用刮刀棒将材料刮至主锅底。
5.加入磨碎的乳酪和盐水金枪鱼罐头,以10 秒/逆转/速度 2混合,倒入准备好的模具里,放入烤箱以180°C烤40分钟。
6.取出放凉至室温后脱模,将蛋糕切片,可搭配色拉享用。
Ingredients
10 g salted butter, for spreading mold
100 g sliced Gruyere cheese
3 eggs
180 g flour
1/2 small bag of baking powder (about 5g)
1/2 teaspoon salt, adjust according to personal taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, adjusted according to personal taste
100 g milk
80 g oil
190 g canned salted tuna, drained and crumbled
Direction
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread butter in the cake mold and set aside.
2. Put the Gruyere cheese in the mixing bowl, chop it at 8 seconds/speed 7, and put it in a bowl for later use.
3. Put eggs, flour and baking powder in mixing bowl and mix at 15 seconds/speed 4.
4. Add salt, black pepper, milk and oil and mix at 20 seconds/speed 4. Use a spatula to scrape the ingredients to the bottom of the mixing bowl.
5. Add grated cheese and canned salted tuna, mix at 10 seconds/reverse/speed 2, pour into the prepared mold, and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes in the oven.
6. Take it out and let it cool to room temperature, then demould, slice the cake and enjoy with salad.
