地三鲜是东北菜中的经典之一,百吃不厌。但是这道美食最常见的做法就是将三样食材过油锅,这样本来很健康的素菜吃起来却有负担。为了家人的健康着想,还是要努力将油分降至最少,又能保留其风味。
主要材料:
茄子200g、土豆200g、青椒20g、油20g
调味辅料:
蒜2瓣、生抽、盐、鸡精
制作方法:
1、将蒜加入主锅内,以5秒/速度5打碎,刮至锅底,加入油,以120度/3分钟/速度1爆香。
2、将土豆加入主锅内,以120度/6分钟/逆转速度1翻炒,再加入茄子以120度/5分钟/逆转速度1翻炒。
3、将青椒、生抽、盐、味精加入主锅内,以120度/5分钟/逆转小勺进行翻炒,结束后装盘即可。

Direction
1. Add garlic to the mixing bowl, smash at 5 seconds/speed 5, scrape to the bottom of the pot, add oil, and saute at 120 degrees/3 minutes/speed 1.
2. Add the potatoes to the mixing bowl, stir-fry at 120°C/6 minutes/reverse speed 1, then add eggplant and stir-fry at 120°C/5 minutes/reverse speed 1.
3. Add green pepper, light soy sauce, salt, and monosodium glutamate into the mixing bowl, stir-fry at 120°C/5 minutes/reversing a small spoon, and then put it on the plate.
