Vegetable Kelp Stock

INGREDIENTS

300g of Radish

10x10cm of Kelp

3 Dried Shiitake Mushrooms

1.4 liters of Water

To prepare :

Wipe the surface of kelp with a damp cloth.
Wash radishes clean and 5cm in size, cut into pieces

Cooking Method
Add 1.4L of water to the cooking container and boil all the ingredients in the basket. When it starts to boil, remove the kelp.	Open	40 minutes	110°C	3
