INGREDIENTS

300g of Radish

10x10cm of Kelp

3 Dried Shiitake Mushrooms

1.4 liters of Water

To prepare :

Wipe the surface of kelp with a damp cloth.
Wash radishes clean and 5cm in size, cut into pieces
