INGREDIENTS
10g Garlic, peeled
40g Onion, peeled
40g Carrot, peeled and cubes
40g Celery, sliced
50g Tomato, quartered
100g Cabbage, sliced
100g Tomato Coulis
500g Water
3g Lemon Juice
3g Worcestershire Sauce
3g Sugar
1g Salt
5g Dried Herbs
INSTRUCTION
Place the garlic and onion into the bowl, chop at Speed 5 for 5 seconds.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add in carrot and celery, cook until fragrant at Steam with Stir for 5 minutes without Measuring Cup.
Add in the remaining ingredients, cook at Steam with Reverse + Speed 1 for 25 minutes.
