『做法』

1.香菇用清水焯下,放置一边备用。

2.大蒜4瓣放入主锅用5秒/速度5切碎。

3.加油20克,设置2分钟/120度/速度小勺。

4.加入备用的香菇,设置120度/3分钟/逆转速度小勺。

5.加入油菜,(大约300克)海鲜酱油少许,盐3克,设置5分钟/120度/逆转/速度小勺。
