醋溜白菜是一道名菜,属鲁菜系口感色泽银红,酸甜辣香。白菜含有丰富的钙、铁、无机盐的维生素C等,并且释放热量较多。醋溜不仅增加钙、磷等无机盐含量,而且使菜肴具有色、香、味形的特点。
主要材料:
白菜300g、干辣椒2个切断、油20g。
调味辅料:
生抽10g、食醋10g、糖10g、淀粉1汤匙、味精、盐、姜2片、蒜2瓣。
制作方法:
1、将姜片、蒜、油、干辣椒放入主锅,以120度/3分钟/速度1爆香。
2、将生抽、食醋、味精、盐、糖、淀粉放入碗里搅拌好,再倒入主锅内以120度/7分钟/逆转小勺翻炒,结束后装盘即可。

1 tbsp starch,
monosodium glutamate,
salt,
2 slices of ginger,
2 cloves of garlic.
Direction
1. Put the sliced ginger, garlic, oil, and dried chili in the mixing bowl and saute at 120°C/3 minutes/speed 1.
2. Put light soy sauce, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, salt, sugar, and starch into a bowl and stir well, then pour into the mixing bowl and stir fry at 120°C/7 minutes/reversing a small spoon, and then put it on the plate.
