INGREDIENTS
(Wet) 200g rice flour
Mugwort 100g
1 tablespoon of sugar
½ teaspoon salt
(For boiling) 600ml (3 cups) of water
INSTRUCTION
To Prepare:
• (Wet) Making rice flour _ Basic cooking rice flour (page 38)
• Wash wormwood thoroughly and drain it.
Cooking:
1. Put a knife blade in a dry cooking container and add rice flour, mugwort, sugar and salt. Mined at 0 degrees / 10 seconds / speed 5.
2. Lay a cotton cloth in a steamer, cover the cotton cloth with ingredients, and close the steamer lid.
  -You can make a shape by adding a mold or mochi mold.
3. Put water in the cooking container and put the steamer on the steamer / steam for 30 minutes / speed 3.
