糯米粉200克
淀粉2勺

『做法』
1. 准备糯米粉200克倒入碗中,加入两勺淀粉、白砂糖,再加入250ml纯牛奶,搅拌至细腻无颗粒的状态。
2. 装面糊的碗盖上保鲜膜扎洞透气,将碗放进熬乐多蒸锅中备用。
3. 熬乐多加入500ml水,设置35分钟/120度/速度2,5分钟水开后架上蒸锅,将糯米糊蒸熟。
4. 蒸熟后的糯米团用刮刀搅起散热,加入2勺玉米油,趁热把油揉进去,保鲜膜包起备用。
5. 事先准备好的香芋馅搓成圆团,糯米团揪出一块摊开,然后把香芋馅包进去,包好之后撒上淀粉防止粘连,放入碗托就可以了。

Direction
1. Prepare 200 grams of glutinous rice flour and pour it into a bowl, add two spoons of starch, white sugar, and 250ml of pure milk. Stir until it is fine and without particles.
2. Cover the batter bowl with plastic wrap and pierce holes for ventilation. Put the bowl into the boiled steamer for use.
3. Add 500ml of water to the boil, set 35 minutes/120 degrees/speed 2, 5 minutes after the water is boiled, put on the steamer and steam the glutinous rice paste.
4. Stir the steamed glutinous rice ball with a spatula to dissipate heat, add 2 tablespoons of corn oil, knead in the oil while it is hot, wrap it in plastic wrap for later use.
5. Knead the prepared taro filling into a round ball, pull out a piece of the glutinous rice ball and spread it out, then wrap the taro filling, sprinkle starch on it to prevent adhesion, and put it in a bowl.
